SILENT AUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
To get started on bidding and viewing our amazing auction items please follow the instructions below.
Mobile Bidding Sign-up Instructions
- Open your browser and go to https://m.silentauctionpro.com/bidonlineitems.php?groupId=1014 from your mobile device.
- If you see an item you wish to bid on , click on it and then Sign in/Register to Bid.
- Click the appropriate button if you already have a Silent Auction Pro account or if you don't already have a Silent Auction Pro account.
- Complete the registration process including putting your credit card on file.
- Start bidding!
- If you see an item you like you can check the Bid For Me! box below the item, enter the maximum dollar amount you are willing to pay for the item and the system will automatically bid for you until you reach that dollar amount.

Q: What is the Parent Social Auction?
A: The Parent Social Auction & Raffle is a fundraiser for our school, as well as a fun social event for parents to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. The Auction and Wine Toss are the primary fundraising part of the event. There are various silent auction items available to bid on through our Silent Auction Pro website. Please share the silent auction and raffle link with local friends and family.
Q: What will we do at the Parent Social Auction?
A: Enjoy a night of delicious food, beverages, casino games live music, Wine Toss, magician and bidding on auction.
Q: I cannot attend this year’s Parent Social & Auction; can I still support ISD?
A: Yes! You can still bid on the auction items even if you don’t attend the event. Please encourage others via social media or email to shop our auction and raffle; you do not need to attend the event to win or need to be an ISD family to bid!
Q: Is this a couples only event?
A: Absolutely not, this is the Parent Social! Make it a Moms night or Dads night, or just come on your own to meet other parents. If you have not met a lot of our ISD community, this is the perfect event for you!
Q: What adult beverages are included?
A: There is an included bar from 7-11pm with soft drinks, wine, champagne/prosecco, beer, High Noon, Tito’s vodka and tequila with mixers.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: What happens in Milbrook stays at Milbrook! Dress in whatever makes you feel lucky—whether it’s the sleek sophistication of Monte Carlo, the laid-back vibes of Atlantic City, the glitz and glam of Vegas, or even channeling your inner Queen of Hearts! No matter your style, you’ll fit right in!

Q: How do the casino games work?
A:Every ticket holder will receive $200 in "funny money" with which to "gamble" at the blackjack, craps and roulette tables. Additional "funny money" will be available for a donation. No real money will be won at any of the games, however 3 top players will win gift baskets. It’s all for fun!
Q: What should I do ahead of the event?
A: 1. Register on Silent Auction Pro website. This will speed up the registration process and allow you to browse auction items in advance!
2. If you have a connection to have something donated for the silent auction, please email fundraising@isdpta.org.
3. Please consider donating a bottle of wine for the Wine Toss.
Q: I forgot to buy tickets! Can I still buy them at the door?
A: Yes, you can buy tickets in advance for $125 (10% discount if you are an active member of the ISD PTA) and for $135 at the door.
